WAVEDESIGN is pleased to offer an effortless Return Policy. This Return Policy applies to all items purchased through the Website and shipped within the European Community. For all other items not specifically listed, please refer to Consumer protection law in EU.

You are entitled to a refund if you return a product, or inform the retailer that you want to return the product, within 14 days. The cost of returning any unwanted product, for a refund, will be at your charge.

We will refund you in full no later than 30 days from receipt.

Product must be in original box with original accessories, packaging.

You may exchange your product within 30 days if you wish to change size/model of the same kind of product. The exchange and delivery of your new product will be at free of charge in Italy. We have to ask you for a contribution towards the delivery costs for other destinations. Please check the table below to find out what the charge is for your destination.

WAVEDESIGN reserves the right to exclude any damage caused by negligence.

WAVEDESIGN recepisce la Legislazione dell’UE e la Direttiva Italiana del Decreto Legislativo 170/2021, in materia di garanzia legale per i beni di consumo.

La normativa stabilisce che il venditore deve riparare o sostituire il prodotto, oppure concedere un rimborso totale o parziale se le merci acquistate si rivelano difettose.

Nello specifico

Il consumatore ha diritto a 2 anni di garanzia gratuita

Il consumatore ha la possibilità di restituire l’acquisto entro 30 giorni. Trascorsi i 30 giorni è possibile chiedere il rimborso integrale o parziale soltanto se non risulta possibile riparare o sostituire l’articolo. In tal caso gli articoli dovranno essere restituiti nel box originale.

E’ possibile sostituire entro 30 giorni il prodotto con uno simile di taglia diversa. Solo i costi di spedizione saranno a carico dell’acquirente.

WAVEDESIGN si riserva il diritto di escludere qualsiasi danno causato da negligenza.
